The Quaker Marching Band finished in first place ahead of West Seneca at the Fall Festival of Bands in Jamestown. From the moment the announcer said "Alexandria Biondo, is your band ready?" the QMB took this packed house at Strider Field in Jamestown, NY on a whirlwind of a ride called "Endurance". From the mesmerizing movement of the drill to the gorgeous colorful splash of the flags to the precision of swords
and rifles dancing in the air the crowd was treated to an amazing performance. The band has a long way to go to reach their aspirations but this was by far the best start to a competition season in recent memory! The band competes next week in Medina!
ALSO: Congrats to the Directors and staff and the many volunteer parents who helped make Saturday's event possible. Special shout out to any new parent who joined us this week. We hope to see you again soon!!!! Go QMB!!!
